    Of course he‘s being kept in the dark about who is investigating him. Why open up the possibility of retaliation or witness tampering?

    “A second investigation "violates my rights to fair and equitable treatment," Choudhry said in his letter.” It seems to me that he still does not comprehend the fact that he violated someone else‘s rights. What‘s wrong with these so-called high-priced prestigious institutions hiring or catering to sexual predators? First Stanford with its notorious rapist/sexual predator and now Berkeley with this ex Berkeley Law Dean. This is what I will call the cheapening of America.
