    The only good thing about this case being heard before three of the CA9‘s most leftist judges is that their predictably permissive opinion may well be the one that makes it to SCOTUS, where it‘ll be shot down in flames. Good calls, allegra and JPC!

    The United States Constitution does not apply to non-citizens who are not in the United States any more than the laws of another country apply to citizens of the United States. The court that ruled the travel ban was religious discrimination was, in effect, trying to extend our laws to cover non-American citizens in their own country. In addition to saying our Constitution covers citizens in other countries, the court overlooked the law that was passed by Congress giving the president the power to ban travel from any country deemed dangerous to our national security.

    I had no idea how successfully the leftists/socialists/globalists had infiltrated the USA until we elected Trump. They were quietly fine-tuning their standing under Obama. God help Trump and may America shut down the zombie left as quickly as possible.
