It‘s hard to believe that Thelton is retiring. My first job out of law school morphed into working with the new firm he opened with Sandy Rosen and the late Joe Remcho. He was a pleasure to work with and around. I‘m only sorry that my move to West Virginia in 1977 prevented me from appearing in front of Judge Henderson.
