I agree with poster Leo, this lawyer (it hurts to refer to this person as an attorney) is mentally unstable. While she may not be clinically insane, she shows all the signs of having mental problems, serious enough that she should not have a ticket.

What‘s a comment without a sprinkling of drama. Here‘s mine: The State Bar is facilitating this lawyer‘s next crime, and her defrauding California consumers.

The Bar needs to take this lawyer off the street.

That said, a tip ‘o the hat to those at the Bar who have taken the matter to trial and obtained the suspension order. That’s good lawyering.

Maybe there‘s something in the record that made difficult pushing for disbarment. If so, the Bar needs to keep an eagle eye on this creep while she is on three-year probation.

And when she rejoins the rolls, please make sure she has been rehabilitated, albeit I don‘t give that much stock. She is a bad apple to the core. I doubt she will comply with the terms of her probation, nor appreciate this (generous) second chance the Bar has given her.

Maybe that‘s what‘s going on here. The Bar knows she won‘t comply with the terms of her probation, and it will push for disbarment after that.

Side note: I bet a dozen maple donuts fresh out of the baker‘s fry vat that she practices law while she is on suspension.

I am contacting the Bar to complain about the process and its actions.

No way this attorney should have been suspended.

SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDED FOR DISBARMENT!

I used the Wayback Machine (Internet Archive) to look at all her web pages since 2010-11. She is conniving, dishonest, and nuttier than squirrel droppings. No way she should be a lawyer.

What does the Bar need, for her to really screw over a victim, then they might act.

In anyone‘s book this woman is insane and a criminal. A six month suspension is not even a slap on the wrist.

    She sounds mentally ill. Seriously.
